A medical centre has been set up at the Eurocantera mine with medical staff permanently on call. Over the past four years, we have had 4,000 visits a year from our employees, their families and people from the local communities.

Also, a community health initiative to detect, raise awareness and prevent Chagas - a serious and potentially fatal disease - was carried out in the villages surrounding the Eurocantera mine in association with the Honduran Ministry of Health.
